With over 15 years in senior client service and organizational leadership, I've sat inside complex environments where the stakes were high and the pressure to perform was constant. I've seen what separates teams that perform from teams that spin. And I've learned that the right coaching conversation - at the right moment - changes everything.

That's how it usually goes. Organizations bring me in to coach a leader, facilitate a team, or run a workshop -and somewhere in the process, they realize they want my perspective on the harder stuff: stakeholder dynamics, organizational trust, strategic communication, culture.
Not because I sell myself into those conversations. But because when you help someone see something differently, they want you in the room.
